Join us for Coffee & Cars this King’s Birthday long weekend — two locations, one great morning.
Whether you’re coming for the cars, the coffee, or a relaxed Village wander, it’s an easy outing to enjoy with friends, your partner, or the family.

Two locations

1) Matakana Village Car Show (in the Village)

A curated line-up of classic, vintage, and modern vehicles will be on display in the main Matakana Village car park — right by the cafés, shops and cinema.
Vehicle spaces in the Village Car Show are by invitation only. If you'd like to display your car contact Richard Wooders on 027 477 7100 or at richard@madonc.com.

2) Coffee & Cars Meet (outside the Village)

Outside the Village, the Coffee & Cars meet is open to all. Bring your pride and joy, park up legally nearby, and join the informal line-up — no invite needed.

☕️ Tip: Even if you’re here primarily for the meet, grab your coffee (and breakfast) from the Village and make a morning of it.

Parking + being mindful 🅿️

To help keep things running smoothly for local businesses, neighbours, and visitors:

🚗 Coffee & Cars display cars: outside the Village — please park legally nearby and follow all time limits.
• Don’t block driveways, entrances, loading zones, crossings, or accessways
• Please be considerate and keep traffic flowing

🚶 Visitor parking: Matakana Community Carpark Next to the school — a short walk into the Village.

Entry is free, with a gold coin koha encouraged for Coastguard Kawau. Their volunteer crew will be on site raising funds to support vital marine rescue services across more than 6,500 square miles of coastline.
