Stop by and meet Steve the bacon man, a regular at our weekly Farmers Market and now a fixture in the Village situated up in the big green shed right next door to Matakana Coffees The Roastery.

Experience the goodness of Nitrate Free/Sugar Free Matakana Bacon. Lovingly hand made on site with only natural ingredients and free farmed New Zealand pork.

Dry cured with sea salt and a secret blend of herbs and spices, then smoked with Manuka wood, Matakana Bacon is delicious, wholesome goodness. 

Free from nasty additives like nitrates, nitrites and sugar. True zero carb BACON!
